- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with all clients (via client systems, email, and phone)
- Strong customer service skills as will be required to dialogue with clients, court personnel, borrowers and firm staff, including Attorneys.
- Ability to pull court dockets and fully understand the docket entries
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
- Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Must be very analytical, detailed, and needs to have excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of client platforms and reporting systems (i.e. LPS, Vendorscape)
- Must be extremely savvy with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Individual must also have a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Foreclosure experience and legal background required.
- ProLaw, LPS, Vendorscape, and PACER experience highly preferred
